After working in both small and medium-sized law firms, I have found that I can best serve my clients in a one-on-one setting as a solo attorney.   My practice focuses on litigation and trial practice with over twelve years of tested experience in civil, criminal, personal injury, business and family law throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.  I pride myself on providing personalized legal service to my clients . . . and I even return phone calls.

I began my legal career as a judicial law clerk in Maryland, and first established my own law practice there at the age of 26.  I moved to Pennsylvania in 2000, and revived my solo practice after working in local law firms.  My early efforts were rewarded by being named a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star” in 2005 and 2006 by the publishers of Philadelphia magazine.

I am proud to be a trusted advisor and knight-in-shining-armor to many satisfied clients throughout the country.  I have successfully tried civil and criminal jury trials, administrative proceedings and appeals.  My academic credentials include an Ivy League education and law review experience as a contributing author and editor of the University of Miami Business Law Journal.  Most recently, I was editor-in-chief and contributing author of the latest edition of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Civil Practice Manual, the definitive legal manual for practicing law in Montgomery County.

My passion is assisting individuals and small businesses with their varied legal issues.  I also serve as an arbitrator in civil court cases, and have been court-appointed as defense counsel in state criminal prosecutions.  In addition to my solo law practice, I additionally serve as a Special Assistant Public Defender in Magisterial District Courts throughout Montgomery County.

In 2009, I moved my offices from Norristown to Souderton to be closer to home and my three children, and to become a more active member of the Indian Valley community.  In my spare time, I am an avid music fan and have played guitar for over 20 years.
